Like many children of immigrants from Mexico, I grew up in poverty. But, although we often went without, we never lacked food, or love and my economic status has never held me back. I learned that I needed to work hard and have as many experiences as I could to help me realize my full potential. But it is my experiences with music that have impacted me the most.
I began singing when I was very young, beginning with solos at my church at age six. I have sung with my church choir for two years. I have an extensive knowledge of music from different eras and genres and cultures and I truly believe the cliche that music is a bridge between cultures. I like to relate to people and I feel if you get to know their music, you get to know them. And, because I have been exposed to and love a widely diverse range of music, I have been able to communicate with people I otherwise may not understand. In Portugal, for example, I was able to sing with people in Portuguese because I knew the popular song they were singing.
Finally, when I sing, I feel that I am doing something good because I can move people with my voice. They derive pleasure from something that I can do and I feel I can send a message with my music, communicating hope, joy, anguish or longing, thereby connecting with those around me through a universal language.

TWO WORDS.
EL CLASICO!
This might be the most exciting and anticipated Clasico in the history of the clubs' intense rivalry! Both teams have been sensational and have been led to the forefront by both Leo Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo. Messi is a humble down to earth guy, but Ronaldo is quite the opposite, which is why i hate the cheeky bastard so much! Not to mention my growing animosity towards Mourinho!!! He is such a dick and shit talker, he needs to be put in place by the Blaugrana this coming Monday, 29th of November. I haven't looked forward to a game this much and the wait is killing me!!! I don't want to get too confident in Barca because like I mentioned earlier, Real Madrid are in top form. In fact I'm not afraid to say that I'm sort of nervous for the result. Madrid have turned their game around and have been playing relentlessly and quite mercilessly; averaging 4 goals per game is quite a feat. Well i mean between you and me they haven't been playing the best of teams so then i reckon its not a big deal. Its like they play my high school varsity team, big deal if you score ten goals. Ozil have been playing unbelievably well. It is amazing how quickly and smoothly he transitioned into the Spanish form of play coming from Germany this last transfer window. It just goes to show the genius of Jose Mourinho who obviously was paying attention during the World Cup. Hate him or like him, the Portuguese knows his football. So here I am anxiously awaiting this game, hoping for the best result at the Camp Nou. The last thing I want is that cocky Mourinho having a reason to be smiling and giving arrogant press conferences the following day. I would love to see a Blaugrana 2-0 victory. However it is going to be a hard, nail-biting game I can feel it already. Both teams are going to play to the death. Tenim un nom el sap tothom, Barca, Barca, Barca!

Recap, PT. 2
SPRING BREAK 2010! I wanted to make it worth my while!!! I wanted it to be a spring break to always remember! I wanted to go to as many new countries I could possibly go. When I say “new” I mean new in terms of “new” for me, countries that I had not been to. In 2007 I went to Italy, France and England so I for sure did not want to go there, and almost all the other students were going to go to those countries. I'm so glad when I heard that Doug was going to Germany, the Czech Republic and Austria! I literally shrieked “I want to go! Let me go with you please!!” Let's see we went to Munich, Prague and Vienna. I left on a Thursday to Munich on my own because it was way more cheaper to do so. Doug was to arrive on Friday and we were supposed to meet up. When I arrived to Munich I had to take a shuttle to the city center to get to my hostel. OMG, I had the hardest time finding the hostel and it was really embarrassing walking around with luggage! I had given up and was walking to where all these taxis were but then I saw a shop that said “Munich Information” and I decided to go in and ask for help to where my hostel was. The hostel was literally across that street and I was 2 minutes away from it!!! I felt so dumb!!!! I got to my hostel and it seriously was like a full blown hotel with like 10 stories!!!!! When I got to my room I changed clothes into more casual stuff and went to go look for lunch. I bet you can't guess what I had for lunch...KEBAB!!!!!! I swear there are so many Turks in Germany!!! Everywhere I looked I saw them and a Kebab restaurant!!! Turks are like the Mexicans in the West Coast!!! Kebab is fast food!! I love it!!! I went back to my room and met this girl from Argentina. We then decided to roam around in Marienplatz and see the old church. It was unbelievable!!! Then for dinner I had the best sausage, it was called a currywurst. It was smothered in curry along with the fries and it discovered my love for curry! Doug was supposed to arrive on Friday and we were hoping that our phones would be able to work, but stupid HAPPY MOVIL is a piece of SHIT. They said if our accounts had more than 30 euros they would be able to work in another country, WELL THEY DIDN'T!!!! I'm so glad I had given him my hostel information and had told him that meeting at my hostel at 1 in the afternoon would be perfect! It was unbelievable because he literally walked in the lobby at that time!!!! Those following days in Munich were great, we had great food and visited nice museums. The Hofbrau House was the coolest place, I had so much German beer!! It was so nice seeing that environment and realizing that it was a place where people have hung out for such a long time! Even Hitler spent time there!! I loved seeing the men in their German outfits and hearing German music played live!!! I had the best pretzels I've ever had there!! I will definitely go there if I ever go back to Munich!! I also went to the Dachau concentration camp which was so deep and intense. I never imagined that I was going to ever visit a Nazi camp! It was definitely an experience, a very solemn one at that. Through out the whole day I was just feeling down; it really weighed me down.
Prague was such a nice town. It is rumored to be the nicest city in Europe. It really was an incredible place to visit. I picked the best hostel because it was situated in the Old town. I was really nervous to get to my hostel because I was supposed to walk there by myself. But, it was so easy getting there it literally took me like 10 minutes of less!!! I was so glad that I had gone on google maps and given myself directions with streets. I saw pictures of the streets and wrote down certain establishments that I would have to turn left or right at. That was the best decision I made because I saw every single store and I would have a little victory dance when I saw the store in person like on the picture!!! My hostel was really close to the Old Plaza where the Astronomical clock was and that was really cool!! I met up with Doug and we went all over the place, we went to bridge and up to the palace and castle. There were a bunch of Italians everywhere like literally every Italian left Italy and landed in Prague!!! Anyways, we found the best restaurant ever!!! Thanks to Doug's book, we discovered the greatness of Kolkovna!!!!!! It was so good and so unbelievably inexpensive!!!! I had so much food, soup a dish and a desert and drink for less than 20 dollars!!! I would have never gotten that in Spain!!! The quality of the food was amazing!! Plus, uff, the waiters were sexy!!!! The best was asking the waiter for some ranch to which he gave the funniest look, like “what the hell is ranch?!” haha but I pointed to the container and he got it haha I felt so silly! We visited a lot of synagogues including the oldest in all of Europe and the nicest the Jerusalem synagogue! The Charles Bridge is so beautiful, I wish I could have seen it and night and in the summer! I really enjoyed Prague and I'm definitely going to go back!
Vienna, Vienna, Vienna! I stayed with my friend Verena at her flat. I slept on the comfiest couch and she actually bought me breakfast for the duration of my stay and gave me dinner! I didn't expect her to be so hospitable! She bought me Nutella, which she had remembered how obsessed I was with it 3 years ago on our trip. So much happened in Vienna, good and bad!!!! It started off badly to be honest!!! I got pickpocketed!!!!!! NO!!!!!!! IT was the suckiest feeling and i couldn't stop thinking about it!!!! I didn't lose that much it was just the fact that it happened to me was what i was upset about!!! I tried to forget about it and i kinda did. Vienna was my favorite city of them all! It was so beautiful, both palaces were incredible and all of the RING was spectacular!!! My favorite was the Danube River!! It IS as blue as everyone says!!! I'm so glad that I dragged Doug with me to see it because he wasn't planning on it!!! Haha i jumped on these trampolines set up over the river, they were the shit!! I'm so glad i did them!!! Vienna, i love you!!! PS the best drink is the Gussler RADLER!!!!!

RECAP on April Pt. 1
I CANNOT believe we're in MAY already!! I want to recap on the last month! APRIL APRIL APRIL was seriously the best month and the most jam packed and busy month I have ever had in my life!!!! I had no idea that I could travel so much. From beginning to end, I had the most amazing time!! I can't believe I did all those things that I did and that I had enough time to do them!!! 30 days doesn't really seem like a long time but apparently it was long enough and open for a lot of room! Lets see what I did in April...i went to PORTUGAL!!!! I had absolutely the greatest time in Portugal!!! Both Porto and Lisbon were the greatest cities in my opinion!!! Porto had the best food I've ever had in Europe, the francecinha is the greatest dish in the world!!! Granted its a heart attack in a plate, but who cares!!! Let me try to explain it, its like a giant sandwich, its filled with sausage, steak, and ham. Then its smothered with tomato sauce and melted cheese and served with a huge load of fries!!! I had it two days in a row and I'm surprised I'm still alive hahaha. The river Duoro is such a beautiful river and the bridge designed by Eiffel is amazing! Lisbon of all the cities really touched me and changed my life!! It was absolutely a magical time for me!!!! I left my heart in Lisbon, it was so hard for me to leave the barrio of Alfama. I cried for like an hour on the train and when I was back in Madrid I was sad for a few days that I had left and how much I wanted to have stayed!!!! I absolutely adored Barrio Alto and the people there!!! It was the smallest street but it was jammed packed with people drinking!! It was so fun and memorable!! The best bar/club in the strip was the Club Caribe!!! My friend is the DJ there and we got free drinks. Shout out to DJ EL MATADOR, the coolest and best DJ in all of Lisbon!!! I miss him so much!!!! I miss all the people from our hostel, Alfama Patio hostel!!! ah, its making me so sad just looking back and remembering!! I really wish I could move to Portugal!! The guys were so unbelievably hot and rugged, just how I like them. Of course Ronaldo is from Portugal, so they produce sexy men!! "Sometimes I just find myself sitting back and reminiscing..."

i want a little stud on my nose!!! its looks cute and everything, a bunch of girls got one and it looks fabulous on them!!! i want to have something to remind me that i was in madrid, something kinda permanent!!! haha i kind of want my parents to freak out! They're probably going to get mad but its not like im going to get the giant ring that goes through both my nostrils!!!! Plus, its not like its going to be a tattooo!!! My older sister has 3 giants suns on her back, so my dad can't tell me nothing! PLUS, if anything it can close if i take it out for a while!!!

i really really really need a job when i get back to the states!!! i mean otherwise i would be bored all summer!!!!!!! I need to preoccupy myself or i'm going to pull out my hair!!!! I've never had a job sadly and i really want one!! I feel like a bum without a job!!! My parents, especially my dad, always always tells me!!!!! WELL I APPLY, but they for SOME reason DONT HIRE ME!!! They have never even called after i drop my application off!!! What's wrong with me!!!! I haven't committed a crime ever so why do have something against me!!!!! I fill it out perfectly!!!! Everytime i don't get hired from a company i don't go to that establishment and give them money!!!! I don't go to See's Candies, i don't go to Corner Bakery, i don't go to Jamba Juice and i definitely don't go to Target!!!!!!!!! Screw it, right now, thank God, i don't really need a job. I go to school and by that alone i get grants from the government that are pretty nice!!! Whenever i get yelled at by my dad to get a job that im a loser and everything i yell at him that i GO TO SCHOOL!!!! I"M A FULL TIME STUDENT AND I GET ALL A's IN MY CLASSES!!!!! i love my host mom's food that she makes me with all her love and affection! seriously, its what i look forward to everyday!!! i hate that Spaniards eat so late though!!! grrr!! that's actually the noise my stomach makes because i have to wait so long til i get some grubb!!! AHH!!! I'm so used to eating dinner at like 5 or 6 in the afternoon and then not eating at all and then going to the gym to burn it off at 9!!!!! Ugh, i miss my mexican food so much!!!!!!!!!!! i miss my tortillas and my frijolitos and my queso fresco and my tostadas and queso fresco!!!! I miss constantly putting salsa on everything and guacamole with chips!!!! I miss my dad's friend's pozole and egg salad!!! I miss being 5 minutes away from Albert's and having super carne asada fries with a medium sized Horchata that is freazing cold!! Then walking next door to mcdonald's at having a mcflurry!!!! I miss all my deliciously nutritious cereals!!! I miss having non-fat milk!!! I miss costco food, especially the pizza!!! The pizza out here sucks!!!! I miss chinese food from HO HO CHINA!!!! SO FAR!!!!!/ODE TO THE METRO
30 minutes on the metro! 10 stops, 1 change of line, god i hate it!! Why do I have to live so far from everything and everyone!!!! My home-stay apartment seems to be on the other side of the world well haha at least in Madrid!!!! I seriously have to give myself an extra hour to get to both places. Just to one place it takes 30 minutes which sucks!!!!!!!! the metro is so annoying like you have to go down these stairs take out your ticket, wait in line to pass your ticket walk all the way to where your line is wait for the metro to come, and then go on the metro and fight for your life for a seat haha well I don't really mind standing but for thirty minutes it does start to bother me at times. It bugs me when people who are young sit down and don't get up and give their seat to an older person!!! why are they so rude here! Well its not just here its this whole generation of young people that have lost their respect for their elders. Another thing that annoys me are how much the people on the metro stare!!! Seriously don't they know that staring is rude!!! I guess not, I must have forgot that Europeans are just plain RUDE!!!! Whatever, I guess I'm used to all the staring eyes now!!! They must not be able to handle my style!!! I'm too much for them! Another thing that I hate is how packed it gets at times!!! OMG, I swear its like a can of sardines! People just push you all the way to the back and you get claustrophobic and you can't breathe at times. To make manners worse, some guys don't wear deodorant. I close my eyes to make the time pass quicker!!!! Every time we get to a new metro station I pray that people get off!!! The worse thing in the world is having to get off the metro at the next stop and you are all the way in the back in front of so many people!!!! I've had to do it a couple of times already and I seriously yell, “PERMISO, PERMISO!!” I get a panic attack whenever I'm in that situation, that's why I like to stay on the side of the door because I can jump out whenever I please and I don't have to bother anybody!!! Same thing with planes, I have to be on the aisle because I hate asking for people to move when I have to use the restroom, it seriously petrifies me!! I can't wait til I have my car, my spacious little car where I can get to places in a jiffy!!!!

I can clearly remember last year's league when Eduardo got injured and then went down hill!!! You started losing to shitty teams and not performing to your level!!!! If there is one group of people that i love most, its Brasilians!!!! They are probably the nicest people that you can meet! They are just happy and joyful all the time!!!!! They are definitely overfilled with alegria!!!! In addition to how they are as people in regards to their personalities, i have to mention that they are so unbelievably sexy and hot and lush and nice and delicious! OMG, the other day I met this Brasilian guy named Ricardo, whom I called Kaka' because that's Kaka's first name and he reminded me of him a little bit! He was so beautiful, he had light eyes and had the most amazing cheekbones and hair!!!! HE was really down to earth and i absolutely LOVED LOVED LOVED the way he spoke spanish!!!!! Actually all Brasilians who speak Spanish sound amazing when they do it! I dont know why, but they sound so sexy, i think its because i've heard all the sexy brasilian soccer players that play in spain speak spanish and it automatically becomes sexy and amazing to hear others speak it like them!!! Well since Brasil has soooo many races, they are so mixed that black people are brasilian too, i guess i must specify which Brasilian guy tickles my fancy!! I'm talking about the lighter ones that have blue eyes or green eyes that come from europe i guess because a lot of italians and germans went to brasil after the war. I MISS MY COMFY ABODE!!!!!!!! Although, my homestay apartment is quite fantastic, i still miss my kitchen and having the freedom to eat whatever i want, WHENEVER i want!!!! I miss my messy room!! I miss my ipod and my ihome radio and blasting my music at any time of day and dancing like a fool!!! I miss all my cool sneakers and sandals and my TOMS!!!!! I miss all my cool clothes, like my sweaters and my jackets!! I miss my sequined leggings and sequined dress!!!! I miss my jewelry and my purses! I miss my blinds that COMPLETELY block sunlight from entering my room!!!! AH, thats probably what bothers me the most at my homestay!!!!!! I miss my room door that has all my vitamin water wrappers and beautiful kaka on it!!!! I miss my beautifully decorated walls with hot men all over!!! I miss HULU and GLEE, im so sad that i can't access hulu outside of the United States!!!! Glee was ONE of my reasons for getting through the week!!!!! Now it has become my homestay mom's cooking!!! Nothing beats bread smothered in olive oil!!!! OMG! Back to what i miss...I MISS chilling out on my parents' queen sized bed!!!! I miss my TV!!! I miss my turtle Cutie!!!!! for the last 3 weeeeks left in europe i don't know where to go!!! all i know is that i have to leave madrid! AHHHHHHH!!!!!! My time is runninggggg outttttt!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THERE ARE SO MANY PLACES I want to go to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish that I could go everywhere or that I can extend my stay but I can't!!!!!! Gosh, I want to do so many things!!!!!! I want to go to the most countries possible just to set a record for how many countries visited in a certain amount of time!!!!!! For some reason, I don't know why, but I feel like its a competition between people in the group to see who can go the most countries in total!!!! I know its not right and Christian to think of it and want to be the only person to have visited that country and get mad if others say that they are going to visit themselves. Ah!!! I have to stop being so selfish and stuck up!!!!!! I don't know what gets into me, its the devil, I swear!!!!! Anyways, so I would like to go to Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, Luxembourg (that would be a long shot) in addition to so many cities in Spain!!!!! My mom says that I should try and visit as many of the nicest/biggest/important cities in Spain. I have yet to visit Bilbao, Santander, Valencia, Barcelona, Mallorca, Cadiz, Malaga, Vigo, but I know I can't possibly visit all of these. This weekend I might try to squeeze in the region of Cantabria because the beaches are beautiful with beach and mountain wildlife next to each other!!!!!!! I know for sure that im not going to be able to go to Vigo, Cadiz, Malaga, Coruna, but I think I will be able, GODWILLING to go to Valencia from Madrid then to Mallorca and then finally to Barcelona, the biggest city on my list for sure and then come back to Madrid before heading back to CALI and the good ol' US of A!!!!! Those 3 cities are so close to each other in terms of getting on a ferry or a quick flight; they form a triangle on the map, which is really cool! Without a doubt, im the most excited for Barcelona!!!!! I'm going to stay there the longest, which im shooting for a week maybe!!!! I can't wait to see all of Gaudi's architecture, see the beaches, jam to the music, walk around in Park Guell, tour the CAMP NOU, chill in Las Ramblas and hear sexy boys speaking catalan, an exquisite and sophisticated blend of French and Spanish!!!!!! Yeah so i don't know who named makeup what it is, but i feel that it should be called transformer because it completely transforms what a person looks like!!!!!!!!!! It is unbelievable how it can change someone's appearance!!!!!! Some girls they wake up without any makeup and they are freakin' scary bitches!!!! OMG!!!! But give them 2 hours of getting ready and OMG they are attractive!!!!!! HA if only they would go to the club without any makeup!!!!!!!!!! I am confident enough to say that i don't have to wear makeup to look beautiful, it is natural for me!!!!! The other girls that haven't been blessed with natural beauty have been forced to become good at putting on makeup and many are extremely talented in that area!!!!!! I wonder how popular these girls would be with guys if they didn't wear anything!!!!! They would have no game!!!!! LADY GAGA NIGHT AT CLUB JOY! Should i goooooo or should i stay bored and NEVER go out clubbing in the city that never sleeps? I have a freeeeee passs that i got from a promoter at the school so I wouldn't have to pay the 12 euros to get in to the hottest club in Madrid. PLUS, i love GAGA and i LOVE dancing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dancing burns calories and I love doing anything to get rid of the calories that i consumed during the day!!! I wouldn't have been able to forgive myself if i hadn't gone to at least ONE club in my 3 month stay in Europe!!!!!!! It was such an experience!!!!!! I had my lovely friend Mandy, the M.A.C. artist do my makeup all crazy like Gaga and paint a lightning bolt on my cheek like Gaga does!!!! i WORE this wacky yet legit outfit because i thought that everyone was going to dress crazy like Gaga, which i was completely wrong about!!! Nobody got decked out for the occasion, which im starting to attribute to Europeans!!!! They aren't very bold, well especially in Madrid!!!!!!!!! The people are so boring, sheeeeeeeshhhhhhh & uptight!!!!!!!!! So i went to the club with the fabulous girls, the ones that get all dressed up to go throw the trash away even. I thought that they'd go into where all the hott guys go and dance near them but they don't!!!!! They stay in their little possssy and don't dare to separate because they are insecure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE TRUTH IS OUT!!!! You will never find them without the others!!!!!!! They dance with themselves which is kinda lame, there's no fun in that!!!!!! If I was as attractive as them i would not be shy to go towards the hotties and dance with them!!!! I mean thats the point in going clubbing right? Meeting and hooking up with sexy guys, that's why you spend so much time in getting ready and wearing the least possible and making sure your boobs are showing and everything...anyways, i had hard time with my heels, which was to no surprise because i had not worn them before and especially dancing when all the weight is on the front of your foot and toes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so glad that i brought my sandals and that they could fit in my cute purse because i don't know what i would have done without them. I am amazed at how long some girls can last with stilettos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, i mean, thinking about it, they're used to wearing heels because they've worn them for 5 years, all the time, so for them its not biggy! Also i must mention the fact that they are lighter on their feet, meaning if i were to lose 30 pounds, im sure my feet would last longer in heels, that would be without a doubt an issue!!!!!! Anyways, the music was fantastic and it was fun and all, i LOVE DANCING!!!!!! I want to go back because i have all these free fliers!!!!!

so the day that i never wished would had come came!!!!!!!!! the worst moment of my life!!!!! Barcelona lost to Inter and got eliminated from the champions league in the semi finals!!!!! The game was so bogus!!!!! I can't believe how well Inter handled Barcelona defensively although Barcelona had 75% possession throughout the whole game. But possession doesn't win you games, sometimes the damn ball just doesn't want to go into the damn net!!!!!!! That was the case for Barcelona, they had so many clear chances but the ball would miss the ball by an inch at times.Shucks!!! Plus, i don't understand how the hell they couldn't manage with the one man advantage!!!! Ridiculous!!! Lastly, the second goal that was disqualified/canceled was a perfectly fine goal!!! Effin' refereee, i swear, the refs are USUALLY in favor of the home team, everyone knows that!!! What the hell was wrong with that guy?!!!!! Anyways, the whole reason that i applied to buy a ticket to the champions league final was to see Barcelona win in Madrid at the Bernabeu and see Madrid light itself on fire since their most hated team were to win the most prestigious title in the world. That was my dream! MY DREAM!!! That's why i had no problem with spending more than 400 dollars on the ticket!!!! I was so confident that they would make it to the final and it was shattered by some dick named Jose Mourinho and his possy. EFFIN' prick that mourinho is!!! i used to be his biggest fan, omg how i loved the guy!! But now after how he taunted the fans changed my opinion of him! Now i understand why everyone hates him and thinks he's a douche!!! because he is!!!!!!! He is so arrogant, cocky and disrespectfuL!!!!!!!!! He doesn't deserve to win the final just because of his attitude!!!!! SO I PLEDGE ALL of my SUPPORT to BAYERN MUNICH!!!!!!! Makes sense because out of the two cities, i have only been to Munich, so of course id want them to win!!!!! It's been 9 years that Bayern Munich has been in the finals and they deserve it!!!! They have definitely been disregarded by many throughout the season and counted out by show of pure luck. But luck only plays out once, and they've kept winning and proving everyone wrong!!!!!! Good for them, another point for the underdog!!!!!! Arjen Robben is without a doubt going to be up for player of the year if they manage to win in Madrid!!!! Arjen Robben's goal against Manchester United in the quarter finals has to be one of the most stunning goals i have seen in my years as a football enthusiast!!!!!! SO remember the last blog when i said that i wanted to stay til august for my cousin's wedding? WELL, NOW i've changed my mind!!!!! I'm weighing out the options and everything and taking things into consideration and now i think its not effffing worth it!!!!!!!!!!! First of all, staying would mean i would have to spend another 1,000 dollars on a new flight because stupid US airways doesn't allow you to change your flight if you've already flown the first way. SO LAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Reason number 2 why im not staying is all the money i would have to spend in staying with my host family longer. The rest of May and June would definitely add up and be a lot, and im not even guaranteed that Spain is going to win the world cup!!!!! shit, they'll probably choke like they always do! It's probably going to be Brasil. Third reason is that for July i would have to have stayed with my mom's friend in this shitty little town in France that nobody has heard of!!!!! I would have died of boredom because she doesn't even have internet or tv i bet!!!! She is really behind in the times because they barely got a stereo in their house! Plus, the time that i would have been there, her daughter which is my age, would not be at home, because she goes to school in Montpelier. I really wanted to be in Paris for the 14th of July, but whatever, ill go another summer! Fourth reason, i don't want to be paranoid the whole time because i don't have a visa and don't run the risk of getting in trouble and getting deported or something! Everyone says that nothing would happen but i don't want to run the effin' risK! Reason number five, i would be missing like a month of school, which is a lot of classes missed! I was going to get Padilla to excuse me and email other teacher's about it but im in HONORS and you can't miss class for sure with them!!! Reason number six, my MOM and family want me bacck!!!!!! And i realize 3 months is a while for them!!!! uh well, its been awhile
shit. why haven't i written in this thing? uh, my homestay doesn't have wifi. lots of things have happened, well not really, just hitting up different countries and getting pick pocketed in Vienna, whatevs, i love that city. my time here is coming to an end, sort of. it makes me really sad and everything, because i feel like i just got here yesterday, seriously it sucks how fast time goes by!!!!!!! im scheduled to leave on June 2nd and go back to boring guadalahabra where ill just effing sit around bored to death. sure ill go to the gym and perhaps the beach, and yeah the malls, but that's so lame!!!!!!! i want to stay in Europe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! til august because my stuck up bitchy cousin is getting married in Santander, the beautiful north of Spain and i want to show up super skinny and fabulous and say IN YO FACE!! They would have never dreamed that i would show up to that wedding! hahaha, sure they sent my family an invitation, but that was just out of courtesy!!!!!! i don't care if nobody talks to me at the ceremony, im going!!!!!!!! that would be the biggest slap in the face to them!!! ill just smile and be having a thrill on the inside!!!! i seriously cannot wait for that day!!!!! meanwhile, the world cup is in June and staying in Spain for that is going to be remarkable and unforgettable, especially if they win!!!! This is the time for LA FURIA ROJA!!!!! This is the best team they have ever had!!!!! Just thinking of running into the streets of Madrid with my giant Spain flag makes my heart pound faster!!!!!!! I would never forget that. Even if they don't win, being in a country that has a passion for the sport during the cup is amazing!! In the US, hardly nobody pays attention to it. Imagine, being at the Eiffel Tower and seeing millions of fireworks going off!!!! That would be a sight!! Now for August, before the wedding, i don't know what to do!!!!!! I mean the wedding is at the end of the month, so i would have to figure out where to be until i have to be in Cantabria. I want to go to Salamanca, Bilbao, Vigo, but i also want to go back to Portugal and hit up the Algarve!!!! The beaches are to die for!!!!! Ugh, there is so much to do, but i am so confused and undecided!!!!!
Maybe i shouldn't stay so long,,, it would cost me a NEW ticket back home which is almost 1,000 dollars! ouch! plus, i have to pay my host family for the extra time, if i can still stay with them, i don't know if they've made plans for other students so i don't know!!!!!!!!!! grrrrrrr!!!!!! and i STILL have YET to receive my ticket to the champions league final!!!!! Adios Estados Unidos, Hola España (:
"Everybody wake up, wake up!!!!Come on, i have to get to the airport on time!!!!"
"Omg, Lord do i have everything?!! I hope my luggage doesn't go over the weight limit!!!" I was a ball of nerves on my way to the airport. Plus, all the crazy traffic made me even more paranoid and anxious!! I had never been so jumpy in my whole life!!! Not to mention my mother was going apeshit!!!! My dad had to yell to shut her up. The entire car ride she was saying how i was going to be late and that it was always required to be at the airport at least 3 hours before your flight! The car ride seemed like it was never going to end!!!! Finally we made it to LAX, and I tell my dad that the terminal is UNITED so I get in and its empty, and I don't recognize anyone!!! Finally I call Dr. Eisner and he tells me that I got the terminal wrong!!!!! Instead of going to US Airways, i go to United instead!!!! I guess I got it confused with my flight 3 years ago when I went to Rome. I was getting a panic attack, Stephanie had to calm me down to tell me I was going to be okay be okay be okay. My dad had dropped us off and had gone to park so i had to call him to come back and take me to US Airways instead. It seemed like an eternity for him to come. At last I saw the red ford taurus and i rushed to get my bags back in the car. So i get to the RIGHT terminal this time and i see my friend stephy waiting for me outside, what a sweetie! I was relieved when I saw Dr. Eisner and i went to get my bags checked and everything. Thank God my luggage was under the weight limit. Everything was going pretty smoothly, the worst had passed, I thought...well i was wrong. Ends up that our flight to Philly got canceled because the bathrooms weren't working. So they somehow find us a flight on a German flight that went straight from LA to Frankfurt and then to Madrid. I was pretty stoked at the change of flight because I could say that I've been to Germany, and Lufthansa is a pretty ballin' airline! My dad fly from Madrid to Frankfurt and Frankfurt to LA when he went to Europe 9 years ago. Well we walked to the terminal and they threw a fit and made all this drama. They wanted to charge me all this money for my carryon when US Air didn't charge anything for it. I didn't want to pay money when i didn't have to, im poor and any unnecessary charge hurts my wallet. So what i ended up doing was hiding my carryon and that was that. We get on the plane and i end up with a middle seat. LAME!!! I hate the fact that I can't easily get up to use the bathroom whenever i want! I hate inconveniencing people that I don't know!! Grr!! Anyways, it was a pretty nice plane, except the TV screens were a bit outdated. The food was amazing for plane food. The flight took forever!! I never thought it was going to end. To make matters worse, I couldn't go to sleep!!! Finally and i mean it was like the longest flight ever, the one to Rome wasnt as bad!! Once we got to frankfurt we had to run to the other terminal to catch the final plane to Madrid!! At first i freaked out because my boarding pass said "waiting list" but when i went to check in they gave me a regular seat. I was so happy to get on that plane!!! I sat next to some German hotties, one who was pretty cool and spoke spanish. He said he had studied in Mexico, which was awesome! The flight was soooooo fast, it was amazing. We got to Madrid and it was rainy and really cold! I was pretty bummed that it wasn't sunny and my attitude reflected the weather. When we met up with Tory I had a breakdown because she expected me to get to the school, which is 30 minutes from my homestay, on the metro by myself. I didnt grow up in a place like the TUBE so it was so strange and scary to think of it. I guess i was giving her an attitude but it wasn't my intention. They dropped us off at the school and then me and bryan got a taxi, which dropped us off near our homestays. The taxi driver was really cool and he complimented how well i spoke spanish and how he admired Mexico. He dropped me off in front of my apartment and i had to cross this long street with 2 big, heavy suitcases plus a super heavy armbag. I was praying that the bag didnt fall off of my shoulder as I was crossing. Thankfully it didnt. I got to the outside of the building, rang the bell and waited for a voice to pick up and let me in. This older lady's voice answered and I said "i'm the girl staying with you" or something like that. It took me 20 minutes to get to the right apartment because I didn't know which section it was in. Eventually i found an elevator and hauled my bags in. I rang the doorbell and this fat short older lady greeted me with "Hola, bonita!" I immediately loved the ambiance of the apartment, it is very modern and chic! She showed me my room and asked if i was hungry which i said YES! I immediately felt her warmness and her love (: She gave me cocido madrileño, which is this amazing stew with garbanzos and corn and meat. It warmed the inside of my soul (: I went back to my room to unpack and when I finished, which i was very determined to do, I laid down in bed and dozed off into a heavy sleep.
Ah, thank God, i had arrived safely to the city of dreams, Madrid, the city i had been waiting for my whole life! Cheers to the start of an amazing experience! I drink to that!
"Omg, Lord do i have everything?!! I hope my luggage doesn't go over the weight limit!!!" I was a ball of nerves on my way to the airport. Plus, all the crazy traffic made me even more paranoid and anxious!! I had never been so jumpy in my whole life!!! Not to mention my mother was going apeshit!!!! My dad had to yell to shut her up. The entire car ride she was saying how i was going to be late and that it was always required to be at the airport at least 3 hours before your flight! The car ride seemed like it was never going to end!!!! Finally we made it to LAX, and I tell my dad that the terminal is UNITED so I get in and its empty, and I don't recognize anyone!!! Finally I call Dr. Eisner and he tells me that I got the terminal wrong!!!!! Instead of going to US Airways, i go to United instead!!!! I guess I got it confused with my flight 3 years ago when I went to Rome. I was getting a panic attack, Stephanie had to calm me down to tell me I was going to be okay be okay be okay. My dad had dropped us off and had gone to park so i had to call him to come back and take me to US Airways instead. It seemed like an eternity for him to come. At last I saw the red ford taurus and i rushed to get my bags back in the car. So i get to the RIGHT terminal this time and i see my friend stephy waiting for me outside, what a sweetie! I was relieved when I saw Dr. Eisner and i went to get my bags checked and everything. Thank God my luggage was under the weight limit. Everything was going pretty smoothly, the worst had passed, I thought...well i was wrong. Ends up that our flight to Philly got canceled because the bathrooms weren't working. So they somehow find us a flight on a German flight that went straight from LA to Frankfurt and then to Madrid. I was pretty stoked at the change of flight because I could say that I've been to Germany, and Lufthansa is a pretty ballin' airline! My dad fly from Madrid to Frankfurt and Frankfurt to LA when he went to Europe 9 years ago. Well we walked to the terminal and they threw a fit and made all this drama. They wanted to charge me all this money for my carryon when US Air didn't charge anything for it. I didn't want to pay money when i didn't have to, im poor and any unnecessary charge hurts my wallet. So what i ended up doing was hiding my carryon and that was that. We get on the plane and i end up with a middle seat. LAME!!! I hate the fact that I can't easily get up to use the bathroom whenever i want! I hate inconveniencing people that I don't know!! Grr!! Anyways, it was a pretty nice plane, except the TV screens were a bit outdated. The food was amazing for plane food. The flight took forever!! I never thought it was going to end. To make matters worse, I couldn't go to sleep!!! Finally and i mean it was like the longest flight ever, the one to Rome wasnt as bad!! Once we got to frankfurt we had to run to the other terminal to catch the final plane to Madrid!! At first i freaked out because my boarding pass said "waiting list" but when i went to check in they gave me a regular seat. I was so happy to get on that plane!!! I sat next to some German hotties, one who was pretty cool and spoke spanish. He said he had studied in Mexico, which was awesome! The flight was soooooo fast, it was amazing. We got to Madrid and it was rainy and really cold! I was pretty bummed that it wasn't sunny and my attitude reflected the weather. When we met up with Tory I had a breakdown because she expected me to get to the school, which is 30 minutes from my homestay, on the metro by myself. 2.14 ♥♥♥ What is love?
What is love?? A feeling between two people that stretches beyond miles? A feeling that makes your heart pound and your stomach flutter?? Or is it just an unreachable illusion? Love seems like a bunch of let downs all packed into a box. You always like someone who never likes you back. Your fragile heart is ripped into pieces mercilessly. Especially when you get over consumed by looking for love, when its not your time. Love WILL let you down, so just live your life like normal and it will find YOU in time. Personally, the idea of love doesn't seem appealing to me. Love brings problems and doesn't ensure happiness. I could care less about it.
Does true love exist? I don't think there is such thing as true love...the ONLY sign of true love is laying one's life for one's friends. People don't show love for their neighbors. People do everything for their own interests; they are selfish, they love only themselves.
Now lets focus on the concept of Valentine's Day. I think its such a silly day! Why do you have to go out of your way on one day in the whole year! Why not take the time every day, to show your appreciation for someone. Why is there such an obsession with February 14th!! Does it really mean you love someone by giving them flowers (that will die in a few days) or chocolate (that will make the person fat?) In the United States, LOVE is emphasized on Valentine's Day and the romantic aspect but in Latin America, FRIENDSHIP is also included. Hence, dia del amor y la amistad. So on Valentine's Day, what did I do?? Well i went to church, to learn about my real Valentine Jesus, because he won't let me down or hurt me like some guy will. Then i hung out with my loves, my family and friends! At night i went with Stephy and her fabulously fre$h friend Eric to the Block, which was fun! I hadn't been there in forever!! So many people go there! I bought lots of fre$h shirts, WHATUPPPP!! Then we left and went to Birch Street to watch a movie. We WERE gonna watch Valentine's Day with Taylor Lautner, but we decided to go with a more sophisticated film "An Education" which is nominated for best movie. It was a pretty deep movie about a girl who has plans of going to Oxford and gets swept off her feet by a charming older man, and is willing to give up her education. The man in the end, ends up being a fraud who is married. She was able to then focus on her education at Oxford and be happy. So the morale of the story kids is, people and love will let you down, but an education will not!

Hitting the gym hardcore with the OCTOMOM!
You might think this is a joke...BUT ITS NOT!!! The famous Octomom or Octopussy, Nadya Suleman goes to 24 Hour Fitness in Brea. It is unbelievable how much weight she has lost in such short a time!!!! She is so skinny now!!! I DO NOT believe that she didn't have any surgical procedure done! She totally had lypo...She is one CRAZY person, like she seriously has ISSUES. First of all, she goes to the gym really really really late. One time i was there til like 3 in the morning and she was there too! What about her babies?!! What kind of mother leaves in the middle of the night?!! SERIOUSLY!!!! When she walks into the gym she runs into the locker rooms. What the heck is her hurry? There are no paparazzi around. She probably is so used to walking super fast from the cameras that she does it all the time! My mom always tells me to go work out next to her but I don't want to, i don't know why.
Anyways, enough of that stupid lady. Let my get into what i think of the gym and the people that go every day. I LOVE MY GYM! 24 Hour Fitness is the best gym in the world because all the other gyms close early which is lame because if i go partying or out with friends and i ate too much i could go at 1 in the morning for example. The location of my gym is also super perfect! It is right in front of the Brea Mall, which is my favorite place and next to Target. Its funny because its right by TGI Fridays and other small restaurants, so people can work out then go eat and then go work out again haha! My favorite time of day is at night because there are less people! I usually always go after ten with my faithful workout buddy, my MOMMY! The absolute worst time to go to the gym is after 4 and before 9. It is insane how many people are there! Literally every damn machine is busy, every single one, even the lame ones!!! It's disgusting I can feel everybody sweat and smell the stench of body odor. Plus, you feel like an idiot just standing around and walking searching for an empty machine or scanning for someone to get the hell off a machine and let someone else go. I will be venting off my frustrations as I go on. Another thing that annoys me is when you see a super anorexic bitch on a machine killing herself for an hour!! Like let the people who NEED to lose some weight get on the machine! Like what do you eat for dinner girlfriend?? Some ICE, lets get real here!!!!!!! They go to the gym religiously, its ridiculous!!! Another thing that annoys me is when people think its fricken kareoke night! First off, you don't sing good and nobody wants to hear you!!!! There are a couple of weirdos that go there. Like there is this guy who seriously thinks he is Captain Jack Sparrow!!! Like he just walked off the plank and landed in Brea!!! So strange!!! Another weirdo, who is kinda my friend goes to the gym for such a long time, every day at the same time. He is super buff and is like 45 or something and he needs a tan!!!! He is so pale, its blinding!!!! He is completely flat in the stomach region but he does like 30 sets of like 300 crunches. Another wacko that comes in has the most obnoxious and loudest voice ever! He walks in the door and you can hear him in the bathroom! Now, lets talk about this crazy little Asian guy that does this crazy surfing movement when he does this certain machine, its so weird! I feel bad for the guy cuz everyone stares at him. For all the hairy fat men that chill in the saunas, PUT A SHIRT ON PLEASE!! Can i get an Amen?! My eyes hurt every time i see them. I mean, there are SO MANY HOTTER GUYS that i wish would TAKE IT OFF instead! Yea boii :) There are so many hot guys at the gym i don't even know where to start (: A perfect reason to go to the gym is to load up on some EYE CANDY! YUM haha! I can't even think of one because there are just way too many. Now its time to talk about the annoying girls. Not that im jealous of their bodies, but i think its inappropriate for them so dress so skimpy at the gym, showing so much skin, you might as well work out in your bikini. I mean, its dangerous to dress like that because some perv can be out in the parking lot waiting to attack. Gosh, put something on!!! Or the fat women that wear the tightest clothes! I mean, if it freaks me out, what do you think the guys think?! Kinda mean i know, but for reals! I hate walking into the locker rooms and seeing naked women left and right, there are bathrooms get in one! Or when there are anorexic girls weighing themselves. I want to tell them that my thigh weighs more than they do! Something else that bothers me is seeing people work at the gym who aren't even in shape! Like, what an irony!!! Another thing, i hate going into the section where all guys are, i just feel awkward. My mom always wants me to try this weight thing but i always tell her no! I also feel awkward when I'm at the water fountain and all the basketball guys come out and wait for me as my bottle slowly fills up. I want to tell them sorry for the hold up or something. Well, this concludes for now the Adventures at 24 Hour Fitness, so long suckers and REMEMBER don't eat late at night!

Saints or Colts?
Before I get into the Superbowl, I started off my Sunday by going to church and partaking in communion and trying to get right with God. Whenever I'm at church, though, my mind wanders off to think about the sexy sound guy named Sean! He is so dreamy, I don't care if he is 30. He looks way younger anyway. I always want to tell him something cuz im in the choir and he knows i think and i always look at him when we perform. I just get a little shy maybe cuz i think I'll freak him about because I'm not skinny. Once i get in shape, my confidence will skyrocket and ill tell him "Hey sexy" aha not really maybe something like, "Do you enjoy doing sound?" After church ended we headed to Target, because its literally next to the church. I went into the Women's section, which I never do because I don't think the clothes will fit or look good. But I just was curious and I saw these amazingly cute dresses which i tried on and looked great in! Apparently we were only supposed to go into Target for a short bit and we took a little long, which my dad threw a hissy fit because we were going to be late to the Super bowl party. I'm taking those dresses to Europe and I still have time to slim down! It really got me excited because I was getting a bit discouraged; I wasn't going to the gym and eating poorly. I also bought cute flats and burgundy hair dye that i can apply right before i leave to Madrid. Woot woot!
I honestly don't care that much about football. Well, American football to be exact, which should be called Throwball, because you don't use your foot. Anyways, if i do pledge my loyalty to any NFL team it would be the San Diego Chargers because I hail from Chula Vista. But the Super bowl is like the most watched sporting event in the United States so i like to take part in the action too :) Plus, SUPERBOWL PARTIES ARE FUN!!!!!!! Did you know, so much guacamole is consumed on super bowl Sunday you can fill 3 football stadiums to the top? Haha, interesting fact, i know. Every year my family goes to a family friend's house to watch the game and no diet exists on the first Sunday of February!!! Ribs :) After i pigged out, I went to gym for like 3 hours.And, and and, the COMMERCIALS ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!! I don't know how they come up with these ideas but they are genius! My favorite was a Doritos commercial where this little black boy slaps his mom's boyfriend for touching his doritos. Anyways, i must admit that football is exciting especially when the best teams are going at it. I really wanted Brett Favre to go all the way and win so he could finally retire but the Saints beat the Vikings :( I really preferred the Colts to win because i like Peyton Manning. Also, I hate the Saints because Reggie Bush is on the team, and if he wins, so does Kim Kardashian, who i loathe. I don't know what the heck happened to the Colts because they were up 10-0 and they ended up losing. I had no doubt that Peyton would be MVP and the Colts would win another Superbowl championship. Well, i was wrong. My dad was happy Drew Brees won because he the Chargers let him go. Now that i think of it, New Orleans does to win something because they have been through a lot. Sports unite people. It was their very first championship, which is good for them. I was a little mad so I decided to vent my frustrations at the gym, which I hadn't been in such a LONG TIME. Ugh, im so frustrated with myself because I wanted to be slim and sexy for Madrid. I remember telling my mom oh yeah I have like 6 months to lose all the weight I need to and here i am less than a month before I leave and im far from my desired weight. But oh well, what can i do now. I've been going every day and eating healthier and i do feel a little slimmer. I blame it all on going to Panama for a month which i could have spent killing it at the gym. In Panama my aunt told me about this diet secret that if you drink 4 cups of warm water before you eat, it helps you lose weight. Also, if you eat salad, 3 times a day, you can lose up to 14 pounds in a week! I tried it and by golly it did work!!! So right now, im trying to stick to the salad, except my friend Stephy tempted me with some delicious flan which I am going to burn at the gym later on tonight. Yesterday, i went to Nordstrom and bought this spectacularly flashy sequin dress that is black. It has like 5 different color patches of sequins in a wavy form. It is amazing! I hope to wear it when i go out clubbing in Madrid, haha. I have 3 weeks to make it happen!

Spain wishing
The first thing i want to say is that Stephanie Arroyo is my other half. She is the coolest person in the world, other than me of course. I'm so glad that she is going to Spain with me!! The group that is going to Spain is an interesting bunch. The sad part is that there is technically one eligible and sort of good looking bachelor. So all the girls, well most of them, flock to this certain someone and try to get his attention or talk to him. Stephy and I have a pretend crush on him and we love to joke around that we are in love with him, it is so hilarious. For example, we went to Apple store at the mall the other day and played around with the Photobooth application on one of the notebooks and i pulled out a paper and put "WE LOVE PHIL" on it and we sent the pic to him. The next day it happened to be his birthday and we got him a cute Mickey Mouse balloon and since he's on a diet, which he claims he's doing to get into a speedo when in Europe, we brought him a granola bar and an apple. I do hope he knows we are kidding with the whole thing, but i kinda think he is cute, not going to lie. Since Spain is just around the corner, me and steph want to watch Spanish movies and look at Spanish books so we can enrich ourselves and familiarize ourselves with some of the culture before we go there. The only movie they had that I wanted from Spain was Vicky Cristina Barcelona, which i had seen before, but Stephy had not. I personally loved the movie because I think Penelope Cruz was fantastic, her Oscar was well deserved and because I love Barcelona. Woody Allen did a fantastic job on the film. Before we watched the movie at my crib, we stopped at Borders to look at the books on Spain in the travel section. There are sooooo many to choose from, so i decided to look for books on Spanish cuisine and i found this amazing book called Spain...A Culinary Road Trip with Mario Batali and Gwyneth Paltrow!!!! They went throughout all of Spain and included the regions best foods and recipes and restaurants. I looked through the entire book and wrote down the names of certain foods and what part of Spain they were from. I'm so excited beyond measure to go to Spain! Words cannot even describe how much I am looking forward to it! Spain has always been important to me because my great grandparents were Spaniards who came to Mexico. I love Spanish movies, MUSIC, and MEN, yes Fernando Torres, Iker Casillas, Victor Valdes, Sergio Ramos, Cesc Fabregas, Xabi Alonso, Xavi Hernandez, Andres Iniesta, Rafael Nadal, to only name a FEW!!!! I'm the biggest futbol fan and going to such a city as Madrid, with the history and richness of the glory that Real Madrid has makes me want to tear up and cry with joy. When we tour the Santiago Bernabeú I will for sure let out a few tears of excitement. I love the way men speak I think it is so sexy, Europeans are just better looking! The music, where can i begin??!! Spanish guitar is the most beautiful kind of music in the world, it soothes the soul. The Gypsy kings and Paco de Lucia are the greatest of this genre. I love Spanish pop as well. David Bisbal has the most beautiful voice in the world and is my favorite romantic singer. Everything about Spain is amazing and I cannot wait to bask in the Spanish sunshine! :)

Be gentle, its my first time...writing a blog ;)
Hi this is Melissa repping the 562 haha. Well, this is definitely an interesting feeling... Honestly I never in my wildest dreams ever imagined I would get a blog. Wait, can someone virtually pinch me or something? This might be a strange dream caused by one too many carne asada fries... or too much pepto bismol :/ Anyways, here I am, 4 weeks before embarking on the adventure of a lifetime...going to live in Madrid and the rest of Europe for 3 months. I can remember when I would write on my hand the number of days left til my departure and the number was so high...164 days and now its less than 60 days. I cannot believe how fast time flies. Life is so short so why not have fun traveling the world. I have gotten a lot of criticism from people telling me to focus on finishing school first and taking only the classes I need to graduate and saving the traveling for until after. My perspective is that when an opportunity like this comes knocking, you have to take it and run. This chance may not come again. So many people have also told me, like my professors, that they wish they could have done something like studying abroad in college and that they would go back in time if they had the chance. People go to school, they get caught up with the little things in life, get married and they have children and they never get a chance to travel because they got preoccupied with so much. Life is supposed to be an adventure. Who cares what the societal pressures are? I used to have this staunch belief and mentality that I had to finish up in exactly 4 years, meaning since I graduated from high school in 2008, I HAD to graduate with my Bachelor's degree in 2012 or else I would be a total failure. I was constantly plagued with these negative thoughts; they were eating me alive. Finally, i realized that spending another year at the community college was NOT going to kill me because I was going to do something worthwhile like study abroad! I mean, the world is going to end in 2012 anyway haha, jk. I think about all those students who killed themselves in school to finish in 4 years and they look back without having any memories to last a lifetime. College is about having fun is it not? I Lordwilling will be able to remember this experience for the rest of my life and its okay if I finish 1 year later. Everything is for the best! Now I will leave you all with a quote by the great Mark Twain: "Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do.
